The Otium collection is resistant to winter temperatures. Our pots are double-walled: the air layer between both walls protects your plant against frost and heat. Our pots are unbreakable and colourfast.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

You can easily clean our Otium pots with a soft cloth and a little soap. If you regularly put our white pots in direct sunlight, they will keep their beautiful white colour better.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We strive to deliver the highest possible quality with regard to our products. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, we will gladly look for a suitable solution together with you. We will investigate your complaint. We will contact you if we need any more information. We care about our products and logically will do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nonetheless, a product might still break during transport or something else might happen that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls under the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We provide a 2-year warranty on most of our products. For our light products, this is often 2 years and our pure collection has a 10-year warranty! You can find this information for every product under each product\u2019s specification section.<\/p>

Quality is very important to us and plastic lasts a very long time. That means you can enjoy your Otium pot for a long time. Plastic has many advantages, which is why our pots will not breaking when it is freezing outdoors. After you have placed an order, you cannot change or cancel it yourself. It depends on the processing status of your order at that time.     1. Pack the items unused, preferably in the original packaging.<\/li>
    2. Send an email to sales@otium-design.com to easily return your order.<\/li><\/ol>

      If the products have been charged to you, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. If you return part of the order, only the amount of that product excluding the shipping costs will be refunded.<\/p>

      If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.<\/p>

      We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
