    1. Emballez les articles non utilis\u00e9s, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans l\u2019emballage d\u2019origine.<\/li>
    2. Envoyez un email \u00e0 sales@otium-design.com.<\/li><\/ol>

      Si les produits vous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 factur\u00e9s, le montant int\u00e9gral de la commande, frais d\u2019envoi compris, vous sera rembours\u00e9. Si vous avez renvoy\u00e9 une partie de la commande, seul le montant du produit renvoy\u00e9, hors frais d\u2019envoi, sera rembours\u00e9.<\/p>

      Si le produit ou l\u2019emballage est endommag\u00e9, il faut tester le produit et nous pouvons alors r\u00e9percuter cette d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation du produit sur vous. Veillez donc \u00e0 traiter le produit avec soin et \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien emball\u00e9 lors du renvoi.<\/p>

      Nous rembourserons alors le montant d\u00fb de la commande dans les 14 jours suivant l\u2019enregistrement de votre renvoi, pour autant que le produit ait \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 en bon \u00e9tat.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
